Hi everyone, I’m currently starting a hardware startup with a friend around automation and but the thing that I’m missing is some guide or insights into the broad strokes of things to do, systems to put in place and pitfalls to avoid. I often think why I don’t make a software product as it’s so much lower stakes but that’s hard when I think I see a gap in the current offerings. Does anyone know of any resources around getting a product off the ground? Thanks so much!

If you expound on what sort of stuff you are thinking of producing… maybe we can be more helpful?
